The Y-club launched in December 2000
We are continually learning about our customers and their needs, wants and requirements. We take the relationship between our members and their PA's very seriously and believe that our members should learn to trust their PA's explicitly with their needs and their PA's should be proactive in making suggestions and contacting members with information that they know they will be interested in i.e. A member has enquired about My Fair Lady Tickets, two become available at short notice and their PA lets their member know. We are working on methods of strenthening this relationship over the next few months to improve the service we offer to our members.

to the more extravagant requests of hiring yachts and scheduling private jets.
